Role OverviewThe Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily flow of Distribution Center logistics activities within a temperature-controlled frozen food distribution network. This role manages transportation scheduling, shipment documentation, carrier communication, inventory accuracy, and logistics reporting to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of products.
What You Will Do
Schedule inbound and outbound shipments, prepare and review Bills of Lading, verify seal integrity and trailer temperatures, maintain digital and physical records of shipments, and ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and cold chain handling standards.
