Role OverviewAs a Logistics Dispatcher, you'll be the vital communication link between our crews in the field, delivery drivers, and internal teams, managing schedules, optimizing routes, and resolving challenges.
What You Will Do
Coordinate daily pickup and delivery operations, track drivers and equipment in real time, communicate with drivers and field teams, maintain accurate dispatch logs, and resolve route or equipment issues.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in transportation dispatch, logistics coordination, or equipment delivery

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of route planning, regulatory compliance, and digital record-keeping
