Role OverviewJoin US FOODS as a Logistics Truck Driver, operating a tractor-trailer between distribution centers and vendors to pick up and drop off bulk product. Drive 500 to 2,500 miles per week, focused on safety, and enhance customer experience.
What You Will Do
Safely drive trucks to customers, verify delivery accuracy, handle collections and payments, and perform customer service responsibilities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid CDL Class A, and have commercial driving experience. Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
- Minimum of six months commercial driving experience or three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry
- Ability to operate manual transmission preferred
- Must be able to read and communicate in the English language
