Logistics Handling Operations Administrator

As a Logistics Handling Operations Administrator, you will oversee accounts, process documents, and maintain important documentation for complex accounts. You will work with a team to develop new accounts, review documentation, and maintain client profiles and databases. You will also process Customs releases, OGA releases, delivery of cargo, and invoicing for services defined within customer and company standards.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include receiving, reviewing, and processing documentation, working through an assigned base of accounts, and processing documents through established systems. You will also assist in workstream development of new accounts, review all documentation and forms, and maintain communications with clients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associates Degree preferred
• Minimum four to six years related experience
• Professional certification may be required in some areas
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of U.S. currency, weights and volume and distance measurements
