Role OverviewThe Logistics Insurance Compliance Specialist is responsible for Contractor Onboarding, Insurance and Compliance for a designated region in support of the TopHAT corporate office to promote the achievement of set long-term goals for TopHAT Logistical Solutions.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include completing new hire processing and contractor onboarding, ensuring background checks and drug tests are approved and completed, overseeing the process for Costco drivers using XTD Force, and ensuring DOT/MC Authority Authorization is completed and compliant.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
- 2-4 years' job-related experience and/or a combination of both education and experience
- Effective problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
- Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery preferred
