Role OverviewAs a Logistics IT Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. You will ensure stable and accurate operations by serving as a primary link between warehouse operations, IT support, pre-sales, KN Implementations and clients. Your work will impact businesses and communities around the world, shaping the flow of global trade.
What You Will Do
Maintain consistent updates to the KN US PIA template, create and escalate tickets, collaborate with vendors, and manage the installation of hardware at sites. You will also work with KN IT to obtain quotes on new, refreshed, and expanded IT networking infrastructures and utilize quotes to create investment applications for approval and PO creation.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT, IT infrastructure, hardware, technology operations, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Hands-on experience with IT hardware and/or infrastructure
- Experience coordinating IT projects, technology implementations, or hardware deployments
- Experience working with vendors, quotes, purchasing, and equipment installations
- Strong experience collaborating across IT, operations, finance, and other business teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SOC 1 audits is a plus
