Role OverviewAs a Logistics Liability Claims Analyst, you will manage logistics liability claims, apply transportation laws, drive accurate claims data processing, and provide expert guidance to internal teams and customers. This role is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring claim transparency, and protecting client’s interests through ethical claims handling processing.
What You Will Do
Manage mid to high value logistics liability claims, accurately administer and validate claims, conduct investigations, and pursue recoveries against subcontractors and other third parties. Prepare claim statistics and reports analysis on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Requirements

- English fluency required; Spanish fluency preferred
