Role OverviewThe Logistics Manager will lead initiatives to optimize P2P, OTC & Supply Chain workflows, provide strategic direction on Crop Nutrient Supply Chain initiatives, and focus on supply chain execution activities. The role involves developing and implementing standardized business processes, formalizing continuous cross-functional training programs, and improving supply chain support processes.
What You Will Do
The Logistics Manager will analyze processes to identify areas of improvement, develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers, and support customer and supplier visits to understand their needs and requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2 years (24 months) of experience with process improvement, collecting baseline data, using Lean A3 problem solving, and utilizing interactive, real-time data visualizations using PowerBI
- experience with identifying and monitoring supply chain trends and gaps, using Process Flow knowledge to visualize complex information, processes, and systems, and implementing technical solutions to automate workflows and background tasks
