Role OverviewA dedicated logistics resource responsible for effectively managing and growing the operations of inbound logistics to drive income results. Conducts analysis of work-related situations and makes decisions in an effective and timely manner. Solves freight problems and deals with a variety of variables in situations where some standardization exists.
What You Will Do
Operates logistics programs within budgetary guidelines and financial controls utilizing appropriate GL allocations. Manages delivery initiatives and methods which meet company, vendor and customer needs. Negotiates lowest freight costs without reducing service level.

Requires 5–7 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, AS400, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and resolve issues involving multiple variables.
