Role OverviewThe Logistics Manager owns the planning and execution of Flexcar's cross-market and intra-market vehicle shipments. This person is accountable for getting every vehicle from origin to destination on time and on budget, and for building and managing the carrier network that makes it happen.
What You Will Do
Plan and schedule cross-market and intra-market vehicle shipments, select carriers, monitor shipments end to end, partner with market operations teams to resolve exceptions, safeguard invoicing accuracy, and hold carriers accountable to clear performance standards.

Requirements
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or vehicle/auto-transport
- Experience selecting, negotiating with, or managing third-party carriers or vendors
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), load boards, or shipment-tracking tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
