Key responsibilities include supporting the Onsite Manager in coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring operational processes follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements, and assisting in tracking daily performance metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity; comfortable with basic tools like Excel
- High sense of ownership and execution; willing to work on-site and adapt to shift-based schedules (early/late shifts)
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, diverse team environment
- Ability to stay composed and solution-oriented during peak periods
