Logistics Operations Coordinator

This role is critical to ensuring efficient supply chain operations and customer satisfaction across our business portfolio. The Logistics Operations Coordinator will manage import/export shipments, warehouse operations, and inventory management. This is a hybrid role based in Tempe, AZ.

What You Will Do

The main accountabilities of this role will be to oversee finished product and accessory import shipments, coordinate US sales order shipments, maintain SAP integration delivery data, negotiate competitive transportation rates, and manage space planning and inventory reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
• Proficiency with SAP ERP system or similar enterprise resource planning software
• Strong understanding of import/export compliance, customs procedures, and EEI filings
• Proven experience managing carrier relationships and negotiating freight rates
• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties including forklift and pallet jack operation
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel for annual inventory reconciliation
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred
