Role OverviewThe Logistics Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the daily flow of work or of a specific segment, such as route launch, and will have input and assist in driver negotiations but under the authority/oversight of a Terminal Manager. Conducts driver negotiations and enters into tentative agreements but will not implement them without the direct approval/oversight of a Terminal Manager, or Regional Director as appropriate.

Key responsibilities include team leadership, operational oversight, independent contractor oversight, safety compliance, customer service & OS&D communication, resource management, facility management, cost control, reporting, continuous improvement, emergency route coverage, and compliance.
