Logistics Site Supervisor

As a Logistics Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. You will lead and motivate warehouse teams, optimize productivity, and help deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

What You Will Do

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping activities. Lead, coach, and schedule warehouse associates to ensure adequate staffing levels, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or technical degree required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• 2 years Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, team development, and employee motivation skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Experience operating or managing environments that utilize material handling equipment.
• Professional business demeanor with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
