Role OverviewAs a Logistics Site Supervisor, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, with multiple shifts. You will supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include supervising and developing your team, implementing strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimizing warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meeting or exceeding KPIs. You will also ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone with high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment, and 2 or more years in a supervisory role. You should have forklift certification and at least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks, as well as experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
