Role Overview

The Logistics Specialist will coordinate, order, track, stage, and document emergency resources and supplies. This position helps ensure the people, equipment, supplies, and resources needed during emergencies are ready when our community needs them most. The ideal candidate can stay composed when priorities change, communicate effectively, and isn't afraid to jump in and get the job done.

What You Will Do

Coordinate, order, track, stage, and document emergency resources and supplies. Maintain emergency equipment, inventory, deployable kits, and readiness records. Move, deploy, recover, and assist with emergency response equipment.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in emergency management, logistics, supply chain, public administration, emergency services, business administration, or a related field
  • Two years of related experience
  • Valid Utah driver license
  • FEMA ICS-100, ICS-200, IS-700, and IS-800 completion within six months of hire if not already completed

Benefits

  • $21.53 to $32.10 per hour depending on experience
