Job Description
As a Logistics Supervisor, you will guide and coach associates to meet safety, quality, and production goals, using a process-based leadership model to collaborate with the Production Manager and ensure objectives are met. This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills to drive success.

Requirements

  • High School or GED
  • 2 years of production operations experience
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Proficiency with PCs, including Microsoft Office and JD Edwards
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and SPC/SQC tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with OSGH, GMP, and FDA regulations and guidelines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility in schedule
  • Strong leadership, verbal, written, analytical, mathematical, reasoning, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with diverse personalities
  • Organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
