Supervise, train, and motivate a team to oversee the safe and efficient movement of large equipment and materials within our manufacturing facility. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient movement of materials and equipment.

Requirements
- 2+ years of proven leadership experience in development of employees and process improvement
- Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising and motivating a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in equipment handling and warehouse operations
- Previous experience in logistics, material management, or warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing setting
- Experience with logistics or inventory management software
- Experience with KOJO or other Warehouse Management Software systems
