Role OverviewThe Commercial Process Management team oversees the end-to-end procurement lifecycle by establishing standardized processes, enabling system support, and providing clear execution guidance. The team monitors critical checkpoints throughout the procurement process to strengthen compliance, improve operational efficiency, and ensure consistent execution across the organization.
What You Will Do
Lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for transportation and delivery, design and improve supplier segmentation, qualification, and audit mechanisms, and partner with internal stakeholders to build a scalable supplier management framework.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field
- Solid experience in international logistics, cross-border e-commerce, procurement, supplier management, or process optimization
- Strong understanding of domestic logistics and supply chain operations, with good knowledge of supplier management methodologies, risk control, and compliance requirements
- Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and drive initiatives from strategy through execution
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and sound judgment in balancing efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Collaborative and adaptable team player, with experience working across functions and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
