Requirements

- Solid experience in international logistics, cross-border e-commerce, procurement, supplier management, or process optimization
- Strong understanding of domestic logistics and supply chain operations, with good knowledge of supplier management methodologies, risk control, and compliance requirements
- Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and drive initiatives from strategy through execution
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and sound judgment in balancing efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Collaborative and adaptable team player, with experience working across functions and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
