Requirements

2 years of retail logistics or general warehouse experience
Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast changing environment
Ability to direct and motivate a diverse population
Demonstrated ability to act decisively, implement solutions, multi-task, and be flexible
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
