What You Will Do
Strategically divide time between maximizing branch production, increasing sales, and developing employees. Meet with employees weekly, train and guide specialists, and work with administrative assistants to offer customers high-level service and education.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Motivated with a desire to learn
- Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
