Role OverviewThe Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a safety-focused, dependable Long Haul CDL Driver to support the transportation of materials, equipment, and vehicles throughout the United States.
What You Will Do
Safely operate a Class A commercial tractor-trailer in accordance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations, transport materials, equipment, and vehicles nationwide, and maintain FMCSA-compliant driver logs and shipping documents.

Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
- 3 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Experience operating combination vehicles with loads up to legal highway weight limits
- Ability to travel throughout the United States, including overnight and multi-day trips
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hours of Service requirements, and ELD systems
- Forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and conduct freight securement and loading activities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to safe driving practices and excellent customer service
