Role OverviewThe Long Term Substitute - Media Specialist will be responsible for supporting the media program at NOVA BLANCHE FORMAN ELEMENTARY. This position is a temporary assignment with a goal of long-term substitution. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and experience in media or a related field.
What You Will Do
The Media Specialist will be responsible for managing the media center, assisting students with research, and maintaining the media collection. The successful candidate will also be responsible for attending and completing the Substitute Teacher Training Workshop.

Requirements
- Earned sixty (60) semester credit hours from an accredited institution
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Attend and complete the Substitute Teacher Training Workshop
- Bilingual skills preferred but not required
- Computer/Technology skills are required for the position
