In this critical role, you will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and resolving claims, ensuring fair and timely outcomes for all parties involved.
What You Will Do
Investigates and adjusts tort and liability claims against the Department. Evaluates the compensability and liability of cases. Makes independent decisions on claims and exercises settlement authority.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Insurance or related field
- 3 years claims adjusting experience
- Valid driver's license
- Texas Insurance Adjuster license in: All Lines OR Worker's Compensation
