We're looking for an experienced Loss Mitigation Specialist to provide world-class customer care to our customers, negotiating payment arrangements and keeping our borrowers in their homes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Collections environment
  • Bi-lingual skills a plus
  • Experience with Business Purpose Loans or Non-QM Loans preferred
