WinCo Foods is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent to maintain shoplifting prevention within its stores. This full-time position involves detecting, apprehending, and processing shoplifters, assisting with loss prevention activities, and ensuring customer and employee safety. The role requires a focus on de-escalation, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

  • Detects, apprehends and processes shoplifters in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepares and submits reports involving investigations and Loss Prevention matters.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and excellent judgment in a fast paced retail environment.
  • Prioritizes and executes tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Comfortably works 10-12 hour shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrates initiative and self-direction.

  • Consistently provide friendly and engaging customer service.
  • Perform at a high level in a fast paced environment with limited immediate supervision.
