The Loss Prevention Analyst is responsible for providing support, analysis, and insight into the company's current, past, and future inventory shrink performance.

Requirements

  • Develop key loss prevention metrics
  • Analyze shrink and sales impact
  • Provide support and analysis of business cases for future loss prevention initiatives
  • Actively participate in cross-functional teams
  • Oversee weekly S.K.U level shrink exception report
  • Respond to ad-hoc merchandise concerns
  • Develop and own reporting for merchandise protection programs
  • Develop reporting for Damage Committee
  • Work on projects that have shrink reduction
