Role OverviewThis role supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by executing core responsibilities focused on acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty. The associate wears a body worn camera and supports a positive customer shopping experience while maintaining a strong store partnership with store teams and loss prevention. The position exercises sound judgment to ensure safety and protection of the Company brand.
What You Will Do
Maintain a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store, act as a visual deterrent, and greet customers appropriately. Observe and report suspicious behavior or critical incidents, perform closing safety sweeps, and document required incidents in AIIM Case Management. Respond to customer requests by referring them to store management or customer service via a Company issued radio.
