Role OverviewThis role is part of the TJX Companies, a Fortune 100 off-price retailer, working in a retail store environment. The Loss Prevention Detective completes daily tasks for store loss prevention and safety programs, maintaining positive relationships with store management.
What You Will Do
Conduct apprehensions within established policies and guidelines, communicate with store associates on damage and shrink initiatives, and identify and resolve internal and external theft. You will observe, apprehend, and deter acts of dishonesty, participate in investigations and surveillance, and complete paperwork accurately and timely.
