Job Description
Loss Prevention Team Lead is responsible for shrink mitigation, detection and apprehension of shoplifters, training Team Members on prevention techniques, and focus on inventory accuracy. Oversees all Loss Prevention activities, monitors cash and inventory, and maintains security systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 year of retail loss prevention or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast changing environment
  • Ability to direct and motivate a diverse population that includes full-time and part-time team members
