The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of fine-dining or comparable food service experience
  • Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings
  • Thorough understanding of fine-dining service standards and procedures
  • Ability to describe menu items, preparation methods, and pricing using suggestive selling techniques
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
  • Strong numerical and cash-handling skills
  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team
