Job Description
Lounge Server (AM/PM) position at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel, responsible for submitting guest menu selections, presenting food and beverage preferences, and creating a restaurant experience with excellent service attributes.

Requirements

  • Previous food service experience
  • Current Alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state government agency
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility in scheduling needs with ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
