Role OverviewThe Lakepointe Residency is a full-time 11-month program (June 2026 - May 2027) designed to equip and prepare leaders for a lifetime of significance in ministry. The program focuses on developing the whole person through theological training, spiritual formation, and ministry experience.
What You Will Do
Key tasks and responsibilities include preparing and participating in classroom settings, recruiting and training volunteers, building relationships with students and staff, overseeing groups, serving and leading in midweek and weekend ministries, and participating in mission trips.
