Role OverviewThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides medical support and nursing services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs within our adult crisis therapeutic home.

Requirements
- Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Practical Nurse in state of Virginia
- Knowledge of the MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
- Experience with crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
