Job Description
Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a part-time LPN to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home in Woodbridge, VA. The role involves providing medical and nursing support, administering medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Practical Nurse in state of Virginia
Knowledge of MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
A valid driver's license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
Benefits
Competitive hourly salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Sign-on and retention bonus is paid out upon successful completion of 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year
