Job Description
LPN - Dermatology Clinic: Licensed Practical Nurses provide service and support before, during and after surgical services, assists in turnover of the operating room, and works as a member of the surgical team. Requires graduation from a nationally accredited licensed practical nursing program, active LPN license in Indiana, and Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.

Requirements

  • Graduation from a nationally accredited licensed practical nursing program
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) LPN license
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
