We are seeking a LPN - IRREGULAR PART TIME & PM SHIFT for Hillview Health Care Center of La Crosse County. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and provide direct nursing care to residents.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program with current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin
  • Preference for nursing experience in a long-term care facility
  • Valid Wisconsin driver license and good driving record (if driving)
  • Successful completion of a background check as required by the Wisconsin Caregiver Law
