Job Description
Adoration Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient-centered care in Charlottesville, VA. The Home Health LPN will provide 1:1 care, administer medications, and document patient progress. The ideal candidate will have a LPN degree, current license, and 1+ years of nursing experience.
Requirements
LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing
Current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance
CPR professional certification
