Role OverviewHillcrest Health & Rehabilitation Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) across various shifts. The LPN will work with an award-winning staff to maintain the highest quality of life for residents while encouraging family, friends, and community support.
What You Will Do
The LPN will perform basic preventative therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing care of assigned patients, administer medication accurately, and maintain and coordinate communication among patients, staff, and physicians.
