What You Will Do
Administer medications, implement primary care orders, and evaluate participant needs. Provide education to participants and caregivers about plan of care and medications.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and means of transportation. Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
Requirements
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing
- Current Practical Nurses License (L.P.N.)
- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- A minimum of one year's experience in working with the frail or elderly population
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and means of transportation
- Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations
