Role OverviewThe Medical Surgical LPN will assist in planning, providing and evaluating patient care as a member of the healthcare team. Collaborate with RN in development of nursing care plan.
What You Will Do
Record all patient care provided in a precise and detailed manner following established procedures for charting. Administers medication in accordance with policies/procedures/standards of care and legal limitations.

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited LPN program
- Must be currently licensed in New York State as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current certification in CPR
