Role OverviewAngels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes. The nurses will focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients, conduct ongoing patient care and assessments, and educate family members on patient clinical care. The role requires a focus on patient-centered care, company culture, and advocating for employees and patients.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, coordinating care, and preventing quality of care for patients. The nurse will also educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.

Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
