Job Description
Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. The nurses will focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care, conduct ongoing patient care and assessments, and educate family members on patient clinical care.
