Role OverviewAngels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes. The role involves conducting ongoing patient care and assessments, administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and educating family members on patient clinical care. The ideal candidate will have a focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities and outcomes of this role include conducting on-going patient care and assessments, administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, coordinating care, educating family members on patient clinical care, and preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
