Role OverviewAngels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes.
What You Will Do
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments, administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, coordinate care, and educate family members on patient clinical care.

Requirements
