Role OverviewAngels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to patients and families in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on patient-centered care and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include conducting ongoing patient care and assessments, administering prescribed medication and treatments, coordinating care, educating family members, and preventing initiatives to protect quality of care.

Requirements
