Role OverviewAngels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home.
What You Will Do
Job duties include conducting on-going patient care and assessments, administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, coordination of care, educating family members on patient clinical care, and preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
