Functions in accordance with the professional standards of the Ohio board of nursing, completes/submits required documentation, delivers effective relationship based nursing care, and demonstrates technical skills in care delivery.

Requirements
- Completion of accredited practical nurse program or currently enrolled in a nursing program
- 2+ years Nursing Experience (Level II only)
- Knowledge of LPN scope of practice according to the Ohio board of nursing
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
