Role OverviewThe LPN provides quality nursing care and services to residents in a respectful and dignified manner, ensuring the delivery of care and services. The LPN coordinates physical, social, and emotional aspects of assisted living care and services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the resident’s choices.
What You Will Do
Execution of the medication management plan, continuous assessment of resident needs, implementing measures to ensure resident wellness and safety, and working in a team fashion to meet resident needs.

Requirements
- Current LPN license to practice nursing in the state in which the community is located, holding a license in good standing with the Board of Nursing
- Experience working with the senior population, preferably in assisted living or LTC
- Must be a team player who works well with others and has experience supervising staff
- Must possess critical thinking skills, ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently with strong organizational skills
- Must be in good physical condition and be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
